Yangchuanosaurus modernii is a species of metriacanthosaurid theropod dinosaur that originally lived in China during the Bathonian and Callovian stages of the Middle Jurassic, and was once extinct, but has since been brought back from extinction by SciiFii and now lives in Cretaceous Park located in Sacramento, California. It is similar in size and appearance to its North American and European relative, Allosaurus. It is a carnivore that mainly feeds on carrion and/or live animals smaller than or as big as elephants, including stegosaurids, however, in captivity, it is given carrion or live farm animals such as cows as substitutes for non-avian dinosaurs. It is a solitary animal in most of its life, however, after mating seasons, males that successfully mated with females become mates for life.
