When the Mockingjay Cries is an American-Canadian-Filipino-Danish-Belgian-Irish crossover musical soap opera that tell the story of a group of orphans from different stories working together with the Mane Six, Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, Shining Armor, Princess Cadance, Bambi, Scrooge McDuck, Thomas the Tank Engine, and Little E. on their adventures around the modern-day regions of the Silk Road in order to save the afterlives of Chase, Everest, Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Ryder, Skye and Zuma (who were badly killed after the Puppy Hunger Games), including the dead tributes of the Puppy Hunger Games, from the evil Erturk Karaduman, Thutmose's descendant, and his minion from the Capitol, Camillia Silentsmith (the Head Gamemaker of that Puppy Games).

The world of When the Mockingjay Cries takes place in an It's a Wonderlife Life-like world where everything was better when the Puppy Hunger Games occured, which could be a price of sacrifice to be paid with.

It also contains strong mature content like sexual themes, frequent profanity, intense blood and gore and nightmare themes/

Plot

An Adventure Begins

After the Puppy Hunger Games killed the 47 pups, the victor kills himself, and Chase, Everest, Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Skye and Zuma are reunited with Ryder in the mortal world... in a dream. But what if it's real after all? And what if Panem and the United States co-exist together?

After being badly murdered by the newly-revived Prophets of Amun in a day after being PAW Patrol members again, a funeral was held to honor all the 48 Puppy Hunger Games tributes, and are buried in the Adventure Bay Pet Cemetery, where the former members of the PAW Patrol were buried. Tracker, Tuck, Ella, Arrby, Apollo, Sweetie and Sylvia are some of the known pups to remain in the dying pup race.

Later, the royal government of Barkingburg blames President Snow and the rest of the Capitol government for the horrific massacre he had done, giving him ten years (a decade) to revive the pup race, or there could be consequences. Soon, bigger changes went underway for many worlds.

Soon, after all these happen, the main protagonists made themselves a home that's like a storage base due to the massacre, and it's located in Cairo, Egypt. The President of Egypt, Muhanad Daher, then officially certifies the request.

Soon after, the new leader of the PAW Patrol, Katie, and the survivors, Tracker, Tuck, Ella, Arrby, Apollo, Sweetie and Sylvia, summon several heroes from each world in attempt to clear President Snow's name, resurrect the souls of all the 48 tribute pups and revive the pup race in their journey through the far and widely-extended reaches of the Silk Road with Aten and Horus as their 'bros' (like in May Bukas Pa, where Jesus is Santino's very own 'bro').

Soon, the Mane Six, Princess Cadance, Shining Armor, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna (in their coronation outfits from "Magical Mystery Cure") meet with Chase, Everest, Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Skye and Zuma (in their arena wear, now as ghosts), and Snow also has plans to abolish the Hunger Games after being warned by the Princess of Barkingburg, and later, they all heed the warning.
