When the Mockingjay Cries is an American-Canadian-Filipino-Danish-Belgian-Irish crossover soap opera that tells the story of a group of orphans from different stories working together with the Mane Six, Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, Shining Armor, Princess Cadance, Bambi, Scrooge McDuck, Thomas the Tank Engine, and Little E., including all of their new friends from train-related fiction, on their adventures around the modern-day regions of the Silk Road in order to save the afterlives of Chase, Everest, Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Ryder, Skye and Zuma (who were badly killed after the Puppy Hunger Games), including the dead tributes of the Puppy Hunger Games, from the evil Erturk Karaduman, Thutmose's descendant, and his minion from the Capitol (or Panem), Camillia Silvermason (the Head Gamemaker of that Puppy Games).

The world of When the Mockingjay Cries takes place in an It's a Wonderlife Life-like world where everything was better when the Puppy Hunger Games occurred, which could be a price of sacrifice to be paid with.

It also contains strong mature content like sexual themes, frequent profanity, intense blood and gore scenes, and even nightmare themes.

An Adventure Begins

After the Puppy Hunger Games killed the 47 pups, the victor kills oneself, and Chase, Everest, Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Skye and Zuma are reunited with Ryder in the mortal world... in a dream. But what if it's real after all? And what if Panem and the United States co-exist together?

After being badly murdered by the newly-revived Prophets of Amun in a day after being PAW Patrol members again, a funeral was held to honor all the 48 Puppy Hunger Games tributes, and are buried in the Adventure Bay Pet Cemetery, where the former members of the PAW Patrol were buried. Tracker, Tuck, Ella, Arrby, Sweetie and Sylvia are some of the known pups to remain in the dying pup race.

Later, the royal government of Barkingburg blames President Snow and the rest of the Capitol government for the horrific massacre he had done, giving him ten years (a decade) to revive the pup race, or there could be consequences. Soon, bigger changes went underway for many worlds.

Soon, after all these happen, the main protagonists made themselves a home that's like a storage base due to the massacre, and it's located in Cairo, Egypt. The President of Egypt, Muhanad Daher, then officially certifies the request.

Soon after, the new leader of the PAW Patrol, Katie, and the survivors, Tracker, Tuck, Ella, Arrby, Sweetie and Sylvia, summon several heroes from each world in an attempt to clear President Snow's name, resurrect the souls of all the 48 tribute pups and revive the pup race in their journey through the far and widely-extended reaches of the Silk Road with Aten and Horus as their 'bros' (like in May Bukas Pa, where Jesus is Santino's very own 'bro').

Soon, the Mane Six, Princess Cadance, Shining Armor, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna (still wearing their coronation outfits from a My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic episode "Magical Mystery Cure") meet with Chase, Everest, Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Skye and Zuma (in their arena wear, now as ghosts), and Snow also has plans to abolish the Hunger Games after being warned by the Princess of Barkingburg, and later, they all heed the warning.

When all this happened, a commotion then breaks out, spreading chaos in Equestria (My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic), Dreamland (The Little Engine That Could), Fantasyland (Jetlag Productions), the Island of Sodor (Thomas and Friends) and the modern Silk Road, including Chuggington (Chuggington), Panem (The Hunger Games), Barkingburg (PAW Patrol), and many other train-oriented places, thanks to a terrorist group known as the "Prophets of Amun." After hearing this, they began to evacuate from Cairo along with the rest of its people when a suicide bombing attack was about to start.

When they evacuated, the bomb went off and its explosive force knocked some people down. After, they see a single badly-injured person. The characters gasp as they follow the blood-stained path, then they heard a painful shout from someone. It turned out that it wasn't just Shining Armor, but also Darwishi Moghadam, David's new friend. David and Twilight soon rush to hear their fallen comrade who is a member of the Egyptian Army. The soldier named Haji Deeb was brutally maimed and bloodied when they got there.

Sgt. Deeb told them to go, but Twilight doesn't want to leave him behind, then as Twilight was getting dragged away by a middle-aged Egyptian woman named Quibailah Shalhoub, an RPG-7 rocket-propelled grenade blasted down on Sgt. Deeb, thus killing him. This made her cry. As she started crying, she's dragged away by a desperate-feeling Moghadam as she looks on in sorrow when another RPG-7 explosion killed three more Egyptian Army soldiers who were still fighting against Prophets of Amun terrorists. As Twilight looks down in despair, several explosions were seen from suicide bombings, hand grenades, and even RPG-7 launches. Then, she meets Eric and Jill (The Little Engine That Could) fighting against a German shepherd dog that serves for the Prophets of Amun, and they warned her and Josephs that the Prophets of Amun are about to spread across the globe.

Meanwhile, in Ramses Railway Station, Moghadam sees Bambi, Scoorge, the Mane Six, Princess Cadance, Shining Armor, Princess Celestia, Princess Luna and some Egyptian soldiers were fighting for the newly-transformed Aurora II, a train owned by the Spartan Order, against the POA terrorists. Artyom, Anna, Miller and the Aurora crew were surprised to see how the fight was going.

After the battle, Seok-woo (Train to Busan), Tracker (PAW Patrol) and Twilight Sparkle began mapping the entire Silk Road map as they find out that most of the Eurasian continent fell victim under the Prophets of Amun terrorist group with prophets playing their roles as regional governors.
