Webster

Webster: The Animated Series (also known as simply Webster) is an American animated sitcom produced by Paramount Television in association with Emmanuel Lewis Entertainment that first aired on February 11, 2008 to January 27, 2010. It was broadcast on ABC Kids in the United States, Milkshake! in the UK and 9Go! in Australia. Based on the 1983-89 live-action series of the same name, the show centres around 5-year old African-American Webster Long, being adopted by new parents after losing his old ones to a car crash. 

Characters

Webster (voiced by Emmanuel Lewis) - a 5-year old African-American adoptive boy who sadly lost his old parents in a car crash, but was later adopted by NFL-pro godfather, George Popadopoulis, and ​​​​​upper crust socialite Katherine Calder-Young Popadopoulis

George (voiced by Alex Karras) - a retired NFL player who is now Webster's adoptive father. 

Katherine (voiced by Susan Clark) - an upper crust socialite with zero housekeeping skills who is now Webster's adoptive mother.

Series 1 Episodes (2008)

The Meeting: When Webster's parents go to a parent- teacher conference, Webster is asked to be the man of the house, but nearly burns down the apartment while using a science kit. Air date: February 11, 2008.

Spider's Webster: After being turned into a spider, Webster creates havoc through the town, but shortly gets into trouble. Air date: February 11, 2008.

The Visitor: After having a fall-out with his friend, Webster tries to explain that he saw a UFO. Air date: February 12, 2008. 

Sofa King: When the couch gets dirty, Webster has to earn money to get a new expensive one. Air date: February 12, 2008. 

Webster's Fear: After seeing a scary movie, Webster is unable to sleep, and has to get help. Air date: February 13, 2008. 

The Flight: Webster and his parents are going on vacation, but the plane is unable to take off. Air date: February 13, 2008. 

The Crush: Webster spots a new girl who looks attractive, but is she from Earth? Air date: February 14, 2008.

The Commercial: Webster gets to star in a commercial for a burger joint. Air date: February 14, 2008.

Webster's Water Park Adventure: George opens up a water park and Webster is excited, but he has to wait in an extremely slow line. Air date: July 18, 2008.

Series 2 Episodes (2009)

The Clone: Webster accidentally clones himself when he goes into a machine thats spinning out of control. Air date: March 1, 2009. 

The Trip: Webster goes on a field trip with his classmates. What could possibly go wrong? Air date: March 1, 2009. 

Robot Rampage: After a malfunctioning robot goes on a rampage, the town's landmarks have to be rebuilt. Air date: March 2, 2009.

Dance Dance Webster: Webster tries to beat the high score of the arcade's most difficult game. Air date: March 2, 2009. 

The Star: Webster tries to get George to become an NFL star again. Air date: March 5, 2009. 

The Return of Mr. Todson: After escaping from jail, Mr. Todson kidnaps Beth. Air date: March 5, 2009.

Note: The episode may be a sequel to The Uh-Oh Feeling, an episode of the live-action Webster, even though Mr. Todson doesn't rape Beth since that the producers needed to make this episode more child-friendly. 

Series 3 Episodes (2010)

Disco Webster: It's a dance competition, and everybody is invited, however Webster tries to get in. Air date: January 1, 2010. 

Fashion Katherine: Webster's mother starts her own line of fashion products while on vacation in France. Air date: January 1, 2010. 

The Wagon: While riding in a wagon with Raymond, Webster gets lost. Air date: January 3, 2010. 

Swimming: Webster goes to the swimming pool, but keeps on failing at swimming. Air date: January 3, 2010. 

The Cuisine: International cuisine comes to the school's cafeteria, but the students aren't happy. Air date: January 6, 2010. 

Day In The Life of Webster: A documentary-style episode where we take a look at Webster's life. Air date: January 27, 2010.

Webster on Ice: Webster and his parents get tickets to ice skating, so the following night, they drive up to the rink and Webster is asked to join in. While skating, Raymond falls under the ice, but everybody ignores it. After the credits, the episode ends with Raymond still trapped under the ice asking for help to get him out. This is the series finale of the animated series. Air date: January 27, 2010. 

Note: This episode was made to celebrate the 2010 Winter Olympics held in Vancouver.
