Valley of Gwangi (Reboot) is the upcoming science fiction adventure film that is loosely based on the 1969 film of the same name. The film takes place in the present-day Los Angeles. The rest of filming took place on location in places such as the La Brea Tar Pits in Hancock Park, the sandstone mountains of the Wadi Rum Desert and the tropical rainforests of Costa Rica.


A team of paleontologists discover the underground valley populated by dinosaurs and other prehistoric beasts. They encounter a lone cowboy who is thought to be missing in the hidden world and venture into domain of the Albertosaurus named Gwangi.
