Canimals: The Movie is a 2016 South Korean animated film based on the Canimals television series. It was produced by Voozclub Co., Ltd. and directed by Oh Tae-yoon. The movie follows the adventures of the Canimals characters as they embark on a quest to save their world from a mysterious threat. The plot of the film is an extension of the television series, which focuses on the daily adventures and interactions of the Canimals in their whimsical environment.

In the movie, the Canimals are living happily in Canimal Land when suddenly strange metal creatures called the Robo-Cans start invading and causing trouble. These Robo-Cans are led by the villainous King Can, who seeks to conquer the land and steal all the precious resources, including the Canimals' favorite treasure: the golden cans. The main characters, Ato, Mimi, Uly, Fizzy, Toki, and others, must come together and use their unique abilities to combat the invaders and protect their home.

The storyline includes various challenges and obstacles that the Canimals face, testing their friendship and problem-solving skills. They also learn the importance of teamwork and bravery in the face of adversity. Throughout the movie, the Canimals encounter new friends and allies, such as Elly the elephant and the Bebes bats, who help them in their quest.

Canimals: The Movie combines the charm of the original television series with a more epic and adventurous narrative, providing fans with an extended experience of the Canimals' world. It is suitable for children and families, offering entertainment and valuable life lessons. The film's animation style stays true to the show's mix of live-action and CGI elements, which gives the characters a distinct and appealing look. The film also features a soundtrack that complements the playful and energetic tone of the Canimals' adventures.

While the movie was released in South Korea, it may not have received a wide international release or distribution. Fans of the television series may need to seek it out through specialized streaming services or import DVDs to enjoy this cinematic version of the Canimals' adventures.
