  2. People who hate school have the free will to skip education or any educational classes (ex. math, social studies, science, English, French, etc)
  3. Tax is prohibited in United Leaps, as the government finds out about complaints from people that they hate tax.

Party

Most of the Leapians are Republican (75%) while there are (25%) Democrats. This is because the Conservatives support the Leapian president and UCM president, plus the USA president.
