Premise[]
The New York Fugitive Unit (FU) investigating a fugitive, but Detective Estelle Rose of the Chicago Police Department's 31st District, formerly a private investigator with the Manchester Private Special Unit in New Hampshire, is helping them relentlessly because the dangerous fugitive is originally from Chicago and has come to New York. The episode ends when the fugitive flees New York and heads to Manchester, New Hampshire.
