Ulitmate Spider-Man is a 2030 live action superhero comedy, drama, tragedy and adventure flick based on the highly popular 2020 video game Spider-Man: Miles Morales and is the fourth sequel into the MCU Spider-Man series and the next sequel long-running Marvel Cinematic Universe going into the beginning of it's sixth phase, and based off the Marvel comics by Stan Lee. With Marvel and SONY's collaboration with Insomniac nearing it's end, regarding the success of Spider-Man (2021 film) and Spider-Man 2 (2023 film), fan reception and box office holdings weren't as stable for the third installment and hopes weren't exactly high for the Miles Morales spin-off, which also marked the beginning of Miles solo tenure as Spider-Man.
But alas, principal photography began after four and half months of putting it off afterwards once the sequel was green-lit.
The film is produced by Marvel Studios, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and Columbia Pictures and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing. It will also be produced by Kevin Feige, and one of the original Spider-Man directors, Marc Webb. Finally, the film will be directed by the man behind Creed II, Steven Caple Jr.

Synopsis
Miles Morales returns for his first actual solo adventure as Harlem's own friendly neighborhood ULTIMATE Spider-Man and now experiences the true fact of double life while attending college in Brooklyn when Miles is reunited with his childhood friend and high school crush Phin Mason things begin to change when Roxxon start moving in Manhattan and a new ruthless secret society known as the Underground run by a mad masked vigilante known as the Tinkerer 2.0 Miles's uncle Aaron also reveals a secret of his own which leads him to a difficult choice on who to trust.
