Summary[]
Four scary stories occur on Halloween night where Sam comes back to kill those who break the Halloween rules about a teenage boy who hates Halloween deserved what he got, a Halloween party went haywire for a grouchy neighbor who wanted to cancel their Halloween, five trick-or-treaters take candy from strangers, and a man who wanted to take down the decorations before midnight.
