The Walking Dead: Outsider is a single-player first-person shooter video game developed by Terminal Reality and published by Activision. It is based on The Walking Dead television series, but is a prequel as well, possibly around the events of Survival Instinct. Since Outsider is a prequel, it takes place in Canada on how the apocalypse occured in Canada as well not just the USA and focuses on a man named Logan Altersberg, a Canadian Wilderness Hunter and Survivor and his survival during the Infestion.
Gameplay[]
Like Survival Instinct, the player assumes the role of Logan Altersberg, who can either fight the walkers or stealthily sneak past them. As he travels, he meets other survivors, who can either help, but sometimes may end up killed. Logan can store to 18 slots and can choose on how much food, fuel, weapons or ammo he needs during his survival. When traveling, he can choose to walk, which reserves any fuel that is broughten along, but can be a bit tactical for surviving or can choose transport, which helps more easily with surviving, but takes up at least 1 can of fuel. For both traveling and driving, it is very common to scavenge new weapons or ammo needed for the player. Unlike in Survival Instinct, you cannot run out of view for a while and is more easy to find gas cans for driving, but better needed for at least 5, that way if selected driving, then chances will be your car will not break down during driving. When driving, you can choose different cars from the smallest car available to the biggest survival van or the fasted car ever used.

In the game, Alexander Lioce voiced Logan Altersberg due to fact Alex having a Canadian nationality and has a taste of Canadian accent.
