The Vicious Daughters of Dracula is a 2019 British horror film written and directed by Mark Gatiss and stars Jessica Raine, Claire Foy and Neelam Gill in the title roles, with Michael Sheen appearing as the titular vampire. The film also features Liam Neeson, Judi Dench, Noma Dumezweni, Zoe Wannamaker, Mark Gatiss and Michael Gambon in supporting roles. The film is a sequel to the 2018 film The Unquenchable Thirst of Dracula. A commercial and critical success, it was succeeded by The Undying Lust of Dracula in 2020.
In 1936, terror has descended over London as young women have been disappearing for weeks. The authorities, led by Chief Constable Victor Scott (Liam Neeson) fear that there is a Jack the Ripper copycat amongst his citizens. Under the advice of Lady Catherine Meadow (Judi Dench), he begins to investigate the history of an eastern European legend of Count Dracula as Lady Catherine reveals a previous encounter. Meanwhile, a coven of female vampires, led by sisters Penny (Jessica Raine) and Lucy (Claire Foy), are forming an army of female bloodsuckers to resurrect their vampiric creator from the ashes after the events of the previous film in India, hoping to restore Count Dracula to his former glory and let vampires dominate London for eternity, but can Victor Scott and a series of potential helpers save London and possibly the world from the danger of Count Dracula and his daughters?
