The Shabnam Festival was the fourth concert tour by British entertainer Shabnam. Comprising 21 shows, the tour began on 30 October 2021 in New Zealand and ended on 20 November 2021 in Italy. It grossed £12 million, becoming her highest-grossing tour until it was suprassed by Shabnam Live, which grossed £28 million.

In October 15, Shabnam announced on X that she embark her fourth tour starting from 30 October, revealing that its name. She posted that this is her first full tour, as her other tours had less dates. Tickets were made available on the same day. She previously teased it in a video posted on 12 September 2021 to her main YouTube channel, ItzShabnam, titled "WILL I GET BACK TO TOURING!?!?!?!?". On 22 October 2021, every date had been sold out.

Shabnam wears colourful stage clothing. She also wears in-ear monitors in a variety of colours. There may be a band along with her on several songs (guitarist Timmy Uranga (and herself), pianist Rahid Embarakah, and drummer Aliviyah El Kaheed).
