The Red Hoodie Guy Character and the Blue Character 2 is a 2010 direct-to-video sequel to the 1985 film, The Red Hoodie Guy Character and the Blue Character. The film takes place during Justin and Charlie's youth, between the event in which Joey threatens to blast Justin and when Charlie leaves Justin for his hunting trip with Dallas and Joey.
