Hudson Robert Dunnett IV was said to have been born on December 21, 1977, in Bloomington, Minnesota, U.S., as the eldest of four children to Hudson Robert "Bob" Dunnett III, a high school teacher, and Lilith Madison Burner, a waitress who died from alcohol poisoning when Hudson was 14, leading to Bob raising him and his siblings alone
