After running, everyone decides to cool off. Zachary is in his water clothes and the girls are in bikinis. While doing that, Zachary massages Ainsley's back, kisses her on the cheek and massages her back again.

During Zachary's rampage, Olivia says to Zachary "Vincent Van Go-kiss-Kaia."

A lot of blood is shown, but is still acceptable for a PG-13 rating.

Zachary goes on a rampage and asks three girls who the User Squad person in charge is. He does 4 bloody moves:

1. He sets an explosive blood bag on Olivia and it explodes on her, covering her in it.
2. He dumps blood on Meredith, covering her in it.
3. He throws 25 rend grenades at Olivia, covering her in more blood and killing her.
4. He throws a giant rend grenade at Meredith, covering her in more blood and killing her.

Sarah lights herself on fire to start the explosives challenge. She doesn't die. After that, she, Zachary, Ainsley, Alexa, Spearslinger and Maddie are getting hurt, covered in blood, and scared to death by the explosions in the mansion and of the steel tent they blow up.

Maddie thrusts her shorts onto the entrance gate to Spice. It explodes, pushing everyone away with it's force and Maddie is injured when she lands on her head.

At the beginning of the movie, Zachary and the girls say they're all spicy, red and sweaty. This suggestive comment is not as bad as some viewers think, but you can tell that they're panting heavily after running 9 miles.

​The blood challenges involve people getting injured or killed. This can frighten young viewers.

In some scenes, Zachary mentions that he has blood cancer. This thematic element can be intense for some viewers.

This film is less scarier then Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters (2013).
