Superbook: Collision of Worlds is an upcoming American epic biblical drama film, based on the 2011 reboot of Superbook. It is produced by DreamWorks Animation in conjunction with the Christian Broadcasting Network. The film stars the voices of Shannon Chan-Kent, Samuel Vincent, Cathy Weseluck, Jan Rabson, Richard Newman, Paul Dobson, and Nicole Oliver reprising their roles from the television series, alongside Benedict Cumberbatch, Jim Caviezel, Ben Affleck, Steve Martin, Martin Short, Jeff Goldblum, Ralph Fiennes, Mark Hamill, Scott Menville, Patrick Stewart, and Christian Slater.
Premise[]
In between the events of Superbook (2011-2021), Dr. Eugene Walter learns about Superbook's secrets, and steals it to retransform Superbook as Anti-Superbook, which brings biblical antagonists into the 23rd century, including Satan, Ramesses, and Goliath. To end Walter's rise to power, Chris, Joy, and Gizmo join forces with biblical figures, including Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Esau, Daniel, Moses, and Jesus on a journey to save the Earth.

Production[]
Val Kilmer was initially reported to voice Moses, previously doing so in The Prince of Egypt (1998). When Kilmer was going through his series of throat cancer treatments, Christian Slater was cast as Moses; Slater voiced a different incarnation of the character in The Ten Commandments (2007).
