Steven Universe: The Movie or known as Steven Universe: Battle of the Bands is a 2016 American CGI-animated action-fantasy and comedy film produced by Cartoon Network Studios and Robert Zemeckis's ImageMovers Digital, released by Warner Bros Pictures and DreamWorks Animation directed by Dean DeBlois and Aron Warner, featuring the voices of Zach Callison, Estelle Swaray, Dee-Dee Magno Hall and Michaela Dietz, and based on Cartoon Network TV series, "Steven Universe", and it does seems has a joking scenes, the film's songs will be released as a soundtrack by Watertower Music
This movie was been rated PG in the US, while the Internationals like the United Kingdom and Ireland are rated 12 for violence and humor and the Indonesia is been Rated R (means Teenagers) and the one of the scenes will be deleted when its not suitable for younger childrens. It won an Emmy award for best animated feature film of 2016.
Plot (Unofficial)[]
A strange army of evil Air forces came to Beach City for a huge destruction and searching for Rose Quartz's Secret Hideout to take over it, once Steven was having a biggest party of all time, an Air forces came by and destroying Steven's party while they searching for his Mother's Hideout, he doesn't know where that Air forces came from and he will find out what their up to, now Steven and the Crystal Gems (Pearl, Amethyst and Garnet) goes on a Adventure to stop the Air forces and save the city, meanwhile the Captain of the Air forces or the Formerly of his own band called "The Boogasuga" (The Arch-rival of Greg's band Mr. Universe) named Vincent Armaclaz, who trying to take over Rose's Hideout and turn it into his Air force's secret base. while his friend Connie Maheswaran, joined to his team for his biggest quest, but Vincent showed up to them and push Steven and the Gems to the way back home, leaving Connie behind and becoming his loyalty, while Steven is trying to get back to the last time Vincent is trying to Push them and saving Connie from him, but he's still stuck in there when Amethyst confronts him to stranded to his home but Pearl warns her to stop mad at him because of stuck, it because he trying to get back to where his started and stop Vincent, and then Amethyst apologize him and they goes to Steven's house to get back to Vincent's Air force to stop him and his forces before they goes to his Mother's hideout and Saving Connie for becoming his true loyalty.
