Star Wars Episode VII: The Reborn Order is the first chapter of the Star Wars sequel trilogy, as envisioned by JMan2.0 on Star Wars Fanon, the Star Wars wiki of fan invention.
Opening crawl[]
It has been decades since the defeat of the dreaded Emperor Palpatine and the heroic sacrifice of Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker. While much of the Galaxy has returned to being under the banner of a new Galactic Republic, remnants of the imperial regime remain now known as the Galactic Confederacy still remain in control of a portion of the Galaxy. The war continued for a decade past the battle of Endor, but eventually the two sides had themselves established to a standstill with their holds over their territories.
Eventually there was a cease so that the bloodshed could come to an end with attempts at peace and stability finally being made. Though the two groups did still resent each other, with a cold war of spirits and ideologies holding over both sides. Each group being at the ready in case the other were to attack. A cease fire has been called by the latest general in command of the Confederacy named Governor Kaius who seeks to have negotiations of peace with the Republic so that true peace can be attained. With the hope that the two sides could even become allies for times ahead. A bid that the current Supreme Chancellor of the New Republic, for rebel leader Leia Solo, wants to take up despite the objections from several of the Senators as the idea is heavily debated in the Senate. Though it has been agreed that they will listen to what Kaius has to say in a peace summit.
Meanwhile however, looming in the darkness is an ominous third party under the command of a shadow from the past thought to be the long dead who watches these events desperate to keep that peace from coming at all costs in order to aid in their own nefarious affairs and thus execute a conspiracy to sabotage the peace talks and incite a full scale war between the two powers. The dark lord in charge tasking his number one follower to carry out the task.
The once dwindling Jedi order is finally beginning to grow at a great rate with Master Luke Skywalker as the order’s grandmaster. Finally reaching a size where they’ve begun policing the Republic once again, to try to keep it safe from any evils that may threaten its stability. Master Skywalker and a group of other Jedi embark on one of those missions now as they fight to take down a ring of gangsters seeking to put a foothold into the fledging democracy…..

- Governor Kaius: The current governmental leader of the reime known as the Galactic Confederacy, a military controlled oligarhy whith himself as the head. He was once a soldier in the Imperial army, which eventually became the confederacy and over the years rose through the ranks until he became the head of state. After the destruction of Emperor Palpatine during the battle of Endor, the empire had to reformat it's government into its current state and eventually lost a great deal of their territory to the new Republic. After losing his son when his ship accidentally went through Republic space and got destroyed, he decided that enough was enough concerning the tension between the political powers and thus decides to try and make peace with the Republic for a brighter future.
- General Mathias: One of the top generals of the army and the most powerful men in the Galactic Confederacy. While he had the desire to keep the idea of peace from going through from the convincing of his right-hand-man Lieutenant Santix they created a conspiracy to not only stop the peace talks, but also start up another full scale war between the two powers and put himself in direct control of the Confederacy.
- Darth Deceptus/Lieutenant Maddrox: General Mathias' right-hand-man, who unknowingly to him, has been murdered and replaced by a shapeshifting Sith Lord known as Darth Deceptus. Working for a shady third party that wants to pit the Republic and Confederacy against each other for their own nefarious plans, he convinces General Mathias to put together a conspiracy in order to stop peace from forming between the two powers and getting them to fight again. Luring him into the idea by telling him that if things went well he could take over the government.
- Professor Archilo: A scientist working for the new Republic, whose latest project is a powerful new space cruiser known as the Nova Hammer that could tip the scales in their favor of their conflict with the Imperial Remnant. It having the capability of absorbing energy fired upon it through it's shielding to add to it's own reserves and thus is speculated to be invincible.
