Scroop is a alien-like creature on Bart's first day of school in the School-university Amazon. He is voiced by Michael Wincott.
Appearance
Scroop has a Purple jacket, a pirate hat and a yellow eyes. He has a red tusks and a white fangs with a long grey white hair and a scorpion pinchers, spider legs and a hunched back and a face-like mantis with a sinister and deep voice with a sharp on his pinchers.
