Rover steps out of the reviving center, and grows more evil. Rover announces that she is going to rebuild the robot power center and revive Tony Sindel, but he has disappeared. Tony is nowhere. She also says she will defeat Landon and destroy the moon so the pieces fall on the world, destroying the agency and killing Landon. Evan says that he might find Tony, but it is unknown to the third film.
Landon and Han are celebrating, since they think Rover is dead. Obi-Wan announces that they need to meet Jedi Mace Windu, a friend of his. Mace says he'd be happy to help defeat Steven Richardson. Suddenly, the roof bursts off the agency because of Rover's arm reach thingy-ma-bob. Landon, Mace, Obi-Wan, and Han run to the plane, and are almost caught by Rover's arm reach thingy.
The four go and meet John Malachai, an old friend of Landon's. Malachai is unhappy to see them, asking them if they are working for Rover. Landon says they aren't working for Rover, but they have come to ask him for help. Malachai says yes. Landon and the other four leave, and Rover's arm reach thing-a-ma-bob follows them.
Landon goes to war with the newly powered robots and Rover's arm reach. Landon fires his guns, hitting the Cincinnati Reds Stadium, the Great American Ballpark. The arm reach grabs him, giving him a wedgie. Landon fires the gun, hitting the power source for the arm reach, destroying it. Landon then destroys the robots, and destroys the power source. Evan and Rover retreat dramatically. Landon says they will be seen again, but for now they're safe.
