Randall is the main protagonist of the 2017 animated film, The Bizarre Gang. He is a young Velociraptor who works as a member of the anti-terrorism faction, the Bizarre Gang.
He is voiced by the series' co-creator Trey Parker, who also voices Eric Cartman, Stan Marsh and many other characters from South Park.
