The Preternatural Outcasts are a supernatural team created by young the wizard Dewon that are featured in the 2017 film The Spectrals. The team is formed by three members: Casper the Friendly Ghost, Wendy the Good Little Witch and Hot Stuff the Little Devil. They are assemble by the fact that out of most of their individual race, they are good heart and are willing to help others. In the film, their mission is to go up against the evil warlock known as Desmond Spellman who happens to escape from the Mystic Abyss, and has assembled an army of witches at his side in hopes to get what he wants.
