Pirates of the Caribbean: The Treasure of the Lost Abyss is a 2025 American Adventure Fantasy film,

It is the sequel of 2017 s Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales and is the sixth instalment in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series.

The movie is directed by Joachim Ronning and is written by Craig Mazin and Ted Elliott. The movie present an ensemble cast that include Johnny Depp, Karen Gillan, Bill Nighy, Orlando Bloom, Keira Knightley, Brenton Thwaites, Kaya Scodelario, Kevin McNally, Penelope Cruz and Stephen Graham.

Jerry Bruckheimer who has served as the producer for all the previous instalments returns again as the producer.

The film began production in February 2023 and was filmed in location in Louisiana, Puerto Rico, Hawaii & United Kingdom and was realesed during the summer of 2024.

Plot

A year later the destruction of the Trident of Poseidon, Davy Jones resurrected in the Caribbean seas and swear to having his revenge against Jack Sparrow and the Turner family. Meanwile in Port Royal Will is persecuted by nightsimares in which Davy Jones was alive and kill his family. Unfortunately for him the nightmares were trues, infact he find barnacles in the ground of his and Elizabeth room sign that Jones is back. Will decide to not allarm Elizabeth and advice about this only Henry. Henry missed very much Carina becasue her leave for becoming a piratess with her new ship and a new crew, Will adviced Henry about the imminent danger so Henry decided to go to find Captain Jack Sparrow to ask his helph. Henry set seil on the direction on Tortuga where here he find Jack Sparrow and his crew. Henry told him about that Davy Jones return so Jack decided to find the magical sword of Cortez for defeating definitely Davy Jones and becoming the new pirate king of the seven seas.
