Plot
Patrick Green(Joaquin Phoenix) is a 32 year old divorced music producer who lives with his parents and siblings in Pacific Grove,California.When his ex wife(Kate Hudson)dies in a freak accident,he realizes that his 7-year-old daughter(Chloe Grace Moretz)is moving away with his wife's sister(Brittany Murphy) to Florida.Wanting one last chance to know her,Patrick decides to watch her while his sister-in-law looks for work.
