Patrick & Maddy is a 2007 American Black Comedy Drama film directed by James Mangold. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was well recieved by critics, earning a Certified Fresh rating on Rotton Tomatoes and winning the Grand Jury Prize for best drama.It tells the story of a widowed musician as he travels on tour with his seven-year-old daughter while being told through her eyes.
Plot
The film follows a traveling musician named Patrick (Joaquin Phoenix) as he tries to raise his 7-year-old daughter Maddy (Chloe Grace Moretz) and travel across the country. It is told from Maddy's perspective.
