Ornitholestes adjax (name meaning "Adjax's bird thief") is a species of small Dromaeosaur-like primitive coelurosaur dinosaur that originally lived in what is now North America during the Late Jurassic and was once extinct, but has since been brought back from extinction by SciiFii and now lives in Cretaceous Park located in Sacramento, California. Despite its name, it is not the chief predator of birds, despite occasionally being seen feeding on birds, it instead prefers feeding on insects, scorpions, spiders, fish, frogs, lizards, eggs, small mammals, and carrion. It has a sickle-like claw on each feet similar to that of Dromaeosaurs and Troodonts, but is not the ancestors of either and the sickle-like claw may be due to convergent evolution and used for the same purpose, for gripping onto larger prey as big as sheep or pigs. It is a solitary animal in most of its life, but during mating seasons, the feathers on males turn bright green and blue, the males attempt to find females of their species and try to attract mates with their beautiful feathers, if the female accepts, they then become mates for life and both care for their young.
