Anatomy[]
Similar to a regular octopus, but one half of the tentacles is clearly higher than the other. Located on the underside of the body, the mouth is equipped with a parrot's beak. Can stand upright on its tentacles when in dry land.
Behavior[]
Generally calm creature, but when attacked it usually escapes quickly, releasing toxic ink. Therefore, their owners, if they want to train them to fight (although the Reserve does not support organizing Neobionts fights for entertainment, but using them as e.g. defensive animals is another matter), they should keep this in mind.
Occurrence[]
Mostly seas and oceans, although there are also individuals living in fresh waters.
Capabilities[]
They are very intelligent, certainly more so than chimpanzees, although they are not yet considered sapient. They have very stretchy tentacles full of suction cups that provide them, among other things, firm grip. They can also spit a jet of pressurized water and point it appropriately for use as a weapon. What's more, they can also release poisonous ink from their mouths and additionally poison the water they produce with it. Its beak has sharp edges and a very strong bite.It can breathe both underwater and on land, as it has both gills and lungs.

As a mollusk, it is quite vulnerable to physical damage, and as a Water Neobiont - also to fire.
