The North American rhinoceros is a species of rhinoceros that lives in grasslands of North America. They evolved from a prehistoric group of Siberian rhinos that migrated to North America during the last Ice Age. They resemble a Siberian rhinoceros. They are both browsers and grazers. Unlike their ancestors, the Siberian rhinoceros, they can see very well to tell non-threats apart from threats, this reduces the chance of humans killing the North American rhinos off to extinction. Unlike most other rhinos, they are tolerating human activities and are also adapting to cities, towns, urban areas, subruban areas, and other human settlements in order for their species to survive.
