Plot
Joanna's Origins
Joanna lived in an abusive family. She lived with her brother, John, younger sister, Jana and baby sister, Anjel along with her two parents, Jakalyn and Jacko. Her mother, Jakalyn was a prostitute who got paid 1 dollar an hour. Her father was a drunk man who hit her for no reason. Joanna also had white horse syndrome.
One night, while Joanna's mom was at work and John was having gay sex at Vap's house, she decided to kill her dad and her mean sister, Jana.
Joanna scared her dad, who was watching porn on TV. Her dad asked her what she was doing. She didn't reply, but instead grabbed a nearby dildo and chocked her dad to death with it! Joanna then headed upstairs to her sister's room. There she found her asleep.
Joanna woke up Jana and surprised her with a knife. Joanna stabbed Jana in the head. Jana died. Joanna then took baby, Anjel with her and headed over to the front porch. Soon, Jakalyn and John arrived. They were shock! Joanna was then arrested, Jakalyn committed suicide and Anjel was adopted. But who cares because Joanna escaped and got face plastic surgery so no one could recognize her.
9 years later
Rem met Joanna. He and her decided to become killers. So after the 5th killing spree, they decided to kill, Ming.

Ming opened the refrigerator door. As soon as she did, she was stabbed by Rem from behind. He stabbed her multiple times with a butcher knife.
The Next Day
Paige, niece of Jade, wakes up. She goes take a shower and walks the dog, afterwards. She gets a text from her friend, Joanna. She says that she's gonna come over with Rene and Guitar to talk a little. Rene, Guitar and Joanna arrive minutes later. Rene reveals that she's gonna marry her fiance, Bolt, in 1 month! They then talk about how much they hate Damien. Guitar comes up with a plan to prank Damien, but says that they'd need help so she suggests, they should go see Ray to see if they can help, so they head on over there.
When they come over to Ray's home they discover that he had been kidnapped! They find a note with the signature of Rem! Paige recognizes the name from the killer who killer her aunt, Jade. When Guitar asks who is Rem, Paige tells her everything that her father, Vance told her about Rem. They tell the police about Ray's kidnapping then held a meeting at Rene's house. Paige, Rene, Guitar, Bolt, Jaxen, Joanna, Ivan, Sylu and Gabriel all arrive. They discuss the chances of someone starting a 6th killing spree.
Joanna who is sitting next to a window, spots Damien arriving. She excuses herself and goes outside. Once outside, she knocks out Damien with her fat ass body. She ties him up and puts duct tape over his mouth. She then runs over him with her car, but doesn't fully kill him. She quickly hangs him from the top of the house, where she beats him several times before letting him slowly, painfully to die.
The Massacre Starts
Before Joanna comes back inside Guitar talks to Rene about a guy she likes Rene asks who is the guy she likes Guitar looks over at the guys who are also talking & stares over at Gabriel. Paige then walks over & talks with the girls who are talking about boys when she says she has a small crush on Sylu. Right before the girls start to walk near the guys Joanna comes in & says that the killer has killed Damien so everybody goes outside where they see Damien hanging from Rene's House they decide to find out who the killer is once & for all.
Now that everyone agrees to go after the killer Jaxen ends up teaming with Joanna while everyone else went another way Joanna then leads Jaxen down a dark alley where she shoves Jaxen against a wall then throws him down on the ground & Repeatedly jumps on his chest crushing his ribs with her fat legs but Jaxen still alive tries to leave but then gets his throat cut by Joanna.
Joanna then runs to catch up with the others but stops to catch her breath about 5 times & then finds the others & tells them that the killer has killed Jaxen.
Meanwhile Nicole who missed her friend Jade goes to the bridge were Jade was last seen to find anything of Jade's but comes across a body. She takes the body put's it in her car because the person is still breathing Nicole goes straight to her House & takes care of the person there.
Everyone decides to head on back to Rene's House after finding no leads they decide to go home for the day so the split up this time Guitar asks Gabriel if he could come to her place he accepts her invitation so Guitar & Gabriel head to Guitar's House.
Once there Guitar tells Gabriel how she feels about him Gabriel takes Guitar to her room where he starts having sex with her they lay in Guitar's Bed when they hear a noise coming from the bathroom but before they can get up the killer is right by the bed & kills Guitar by stabbing Guitar in the chest and also gets stabbed in the vagina the killer then goes after Gabriel who gets a piece of glass shoved in his chest right near the heart. The killer then leaves them in a weird position.
The Following Night
Joanna, Rene, Bolt, Ivan, and Sylu are all searching for Ray. They come across a sign that says "if you want to see Ray alive again, meet me at the cemetery" . They go to the cemetery and find Ray tied up to a gravestone with Rem beside him. They ask what Rem wants, and he replies saying "to hear you scream" he then takes a knife and carves out Ray's heart. everyone screams and and tries to run, but Joanna pulls a gun (really just a stunner) out of her pocket and shoots Rem, she goes over to him and says he's dead everyone cheers and Bolt says it's finally over. They head home.
The False Ending
Paige is driving Rene and Joanna to their homes. Suddenly, crazy Joanna, pulled a knife and stabbed it into Paige's left arm. This made Paige crash and collapse off the bridge. Rene took Paige's body out and she swam themselves to shore. Rene hoped the Joanna had drowned or something.
The Remake Ending
Rene took Paige to the hospital. There Paige was sent to the I.C.U. Rene calls Bolt and Sylu to come. Joanna arrives and learns from Nicole that Paige is still alive, but in critical conditions. Joanna sneaked in the room where Paige was; Paige had just awoken. She reached for the alarm button, but Joanna took it away and smashed it with her fat ass.
Joanna quickly got on top of Paige and started chocking her to death. Nicole decided to check on Paige. So she headed to the I.C.U. At the mean time, Paige's eyes went white and she stopped struggling. Joanna heard Nicole come into the room so she pulled out her gun to shoot her. Nicole walked into the room, and was shocked!
Joanna told her to not move on threat of shooting Paige. Suddenly Sylu jumped in the room and threw himself and Nicole behind Paige's bed. Joanna ordered them to come out or she'll shoot Paige. Sylu did so and so did Nicole. The two fumbled for time. Suddenly, Joanna shot Sylu in the leg! Just as Joanna was gonna shoot Nicole, Jade came into the room with a glock. She shot Joanna in the head from behind, killing Joanna. "You forgot the number 1 rule of remakes, don't fuck with the original!", Jade told Joanna. Paige opened her eyes, revealing to still be alive. Nicole called for a doctor on Sylu as Jade asked Paige if she wanted some candy.
Alternative Ending
Jade leaves Paige alone. She starts walking down the dark hallway, but stops when she hears someone call her name from the bathrooms. The noise came from the boys' bathroom. Curious, Jade walked in. It was Rem!
