My Super Psycho Sweet 16: New Version is another version of the 2009 made-for-Mtv slasher film, My Super Psycho Sweet 16.
Plot
This version starts off with spoiled rich girl, Madison Penrose wants to have her sweet 16 at the posh spring break resort, The Roller Dome which was shut down due to a series of violent murders.
In a flashback, owner of The Roller Dome, Charlie Rotter bears a grudge against sex thrilled and destructive teens after his client Craig makes Charlie drop his birthday cake on the floor which makes him snap.
That night, Craig and his girlfriend Karen break in the resort where they break a jousting staff like pool stick before they skate in the skating arena.
While skating, Karen disappears forcing Craig to look for her but she steps out the shadows with a knife through her neck as she dies slowly to Craig's horror.
Charlie also comes out the shadows and rips the knife out of Karen's neck before he goes after Craig which forces Craig to run but breaks his ankle on the broken pool stick, forcing him to crawl in the process.
Charlie catches up and grabs Craig by the neck before he impales him through the wall with the broken pool stick with his daughter Skye witnessing Craig's messy demise which forces her to call the police who take him away and to discover dismembered bodies in the basement.
The film flashes back to the present where Skye is Madison's age and is a student in her high school and is the outcast due to her father's actions when she was a kid.
She is often picked on by Madison's friends: Olivia Wade, Chloe Anderson and Kevin Donaldson. Skye is infaturated with Madison's ex-boyfriend, Brigg Jenner and has friends like Derek McNamara and Lily McFadden.
After swimming practice, Skye finds blood on the floor leading to her locker with a note saying "Back Off Freak!!" written in blood which turns out to be paint written by Madison who was furious about Skye "hooking up" with Brigg with Olivia eavesdropping on them.
After talking to Lily, Skye encounters Madison, Chloe and Olivia outside of school which Madison explains to her that she is getting back together with Brigg at her party.
While Skye walks home, Brigg offers her a ride home and they talk about Madison.
Meanwhile, Olivia, Chloe and Madison search for something to wear for the party at the resort with an angry Madison exclaiming that Skye and Brigg are not hooking up.
The next day at school, Madison and her friends hand out invitations to everyone especially Lily, Kevin and Brigg except Skye and Derek.
The following afternoon, Skye tells Derek about her father and how she dreams about him before Brigg comes to visit. After Brigg leaves, Skye asks Derek, "You wanna crash that party?".
The next night, Madison and her friends get ready for the party along with Lily, Brigg, Skye and Derek in which Skye and Derek plan to crash the party. Everybody else was invited along with Kevin.
Skye and Derek sneak in through the back of the resort without Madison seeing them due to her party planner trying to hook up with her but she pushes him off herself and skates on stage.
The party starts with Madison shouting " WHO WANTS TO PARTY?!!? " causing the partygoers to scream with joy and anticiptation.
Meanwhile backstage, the party planner has his throat slashed by a sword wielding Charlie who escaped from jail.
Skye encounters Brigg who teaches him how to skate and Derek finds Lily and tries to flirt with her but Kevin finds out that Derek has sneaked in and locks him in the basement.
Chloe also finds Skye has sneaked into the party which makes Madison very furious wanting to make Skye's life miserable with all the strength that she could muster.
Back in the basement, an extremely intoxicated Lily breaks the hapless Derek out of the basement and seduces him. Brigg heads off to get drinks for Skye and himself.
Skye spots a shadow on the balcony and heads over to see her father who turns out to be Kevin standing there to tease her which was proved to be successful.
After Skye tearfully leaves, Charlie appears from the shadows and smashes Kevin's jaw off with a spiked ball mace, killing him.
Derek encounters Brigg who is looking for Skye and tells him that Lily made out with him. Meanwhile, Chloe has a plan to make Skye miserable by spraying her with a fire extinguisher in the restroom.
Olivia accidently spills vodka on Skye who attacks her but calms down when Olivia apoligizes and runs off to find Brigg being seduced by a persistent Madison but Brigg brutally dumps her.
Meanwhile, Chloe is waiting to spary Skye with the fire extinguisher and hears someone entering the bathroom and she sprays a figure with the extinguisher.
The figure turns out to be Charlie who takes the extinguisher and bludgeons her with it.
A dazed Chloe stumbles back into the stall only to have Charlie to grab her by the hair and shoves the nozzle into her mouth and sprays more of the extinguisher's foam into her mouth, causing her to choke on the foam until Charlie pins Chole through her neck with his knife through the stall, killing her.
A distraught Madison discovers that her parents delivered the wrong birthday cake and runs off crying as they order a sushi cake.
An embarrassed Skye runs into an extremley drunk Lily who tells her to leave because Madison's looking for her but Skye already left and Lily goes out back to key Madison's new car with a nail.
Skye walks into her father's old office to encounter an ashamed Brigg who tries to apoligize for the misunderstanding between him and Madison but she angrilly turns him down and leaves.
Outside the party, Lily keys Madison's car until the car comes to life as Charlie drives it to the wall, briefly pinning Lily.
Lily runs up the stairs to the gates of the party and starts to climb the gate but Charlie slits her achilles tendons, causing her to fall off the gate and grabs the railing to hoist herself back up but is stabbed through the stomach by a sword wielding Charlie before she falls on top of Madison's car, killing her.
Olivia heads to the bathroom to urinate but finds Chloe's dead body in the stall and flees.
As the cake is being brought out, a terrified Olivia tries to run and tell everyone what she saw but a crane hook is launched through her jaw and is lifted up in the air to disappear into the ceiling.
Suddenly, a shower of blood begins pour on Madison's cake as Olivia is being slashed to death by Charlie who lets her fall onto the cake, killing her as Madison shrieks, "MY SUSHI CAKE!!!!!".
The partygoers flee in sheer terror as Skye, Madison, Derek and Brigg remain. Madison accuses Skye for ruining her party but Skye tells her that it was her father who was stading behind them wielding an axe.
The remaining survivors flee as Charlie is hot on their trail until he seemingly kills Brigg by throwing him onto a table before locking Derek out of the party and reveals himself to Skye and Madison.
The two girls awaken to find themselves in Charlie's lair with Charlie begging for her daughter to kill Madison but Skye gets loose and stabs him in the thigh, buying time to free Madison.
As Skye and Madison escape, Skye locks up Madison in the basement, leaving her own father to kill her.
Skye leaves town with Derek as the swat team find Charlie's lair where they find Madison gutted and hung from the ceiling and Charlie nowhere to be seen.
Brigg who survived his demise, suffers a nightmare about Skye stabbing him to death and wakes up screaming. He asked the nurse where was Skye and she tells Brigg that she disappeared and left him a picture of herself.
Brigg stares at the picture in sadness as the film ends.
