Merry Christmas Batman is a Christmas special of the T.V. show Batman: Wrath Of The Villains.
Batman, V-Bat, and the others are trying to celebrate Christmas but are attacked by Black Mask and The Joker.
A few days ago on Earth-3, Hugo Strange (Tom Canavah) is being chased by Doom (voiced by Tony Todd). Doom is holding Hugo's daughter Carrie (Violett Beane) hostage and threatens to kill her if Hugo doesn't help him. Before leaving, he says, "Merry Christmas." (the episode's opening titles, "Merry Christmas Batman" appears)
In Gotham, everyone is celebrating Christmas but V-Bat (Ben Affleck) is sad. He tells them on his world, he used to capture Deadshot (Will Smith) during Christmas but the assassin's daughter saw the whole thing and V-Bat has been saddened by the event every time. However, Batman (Kevin Conroy) tries his best to cheer V-Bat up.
Meanwhile in Arkham, the guards are complaining about the snow outside but are attacked by thugs led by Black Mask (Mark Strong), who breaks Icicle Sr. (James Remar) out. They reached the secure room and free The Joker (Mark Hamill), much to Icicle Sr.'s dismay.
A few hours later, Bruce and James Gordon (Ewan McGregor) investigate the breakout but are reminded to be careful of Renee Montoya (Zoe Bell), who hates Black Mask for killing her father. Bruce tries to reason with her but she refuses to listen and just leaves to get revenge.
At a warehouse, The Joker tries singing a sadistic version of Deck the Halls but Icicle Sr. interrupts him. Black Mask claims he didn't break them out just to make friends, only for Joker to jokingly remind him that Christmas is about togetherness. Black Mask broke them out because they both want Batman dead but Icicle Sr. thinks they shouldn't underestimate him.
