Main Event is the third extended play by British recording artist Shabnam. It was released on 5 June 2023 by Caroline Records. This serves as her first body of work since her hiatus from music after the release of Am I Ready to be Spicy.
Background[]
On 5 May, Shabnam announced the first single from the EP, Main Event, to be released on 12 May. On 19 May, she announced the EP‘s name to be also known as Main Event and that its release date will be on 5 June. She also announced new tour dates for Shabnam Live! starting from its release that day. This lead to her performing songs from the EP on the setlist.
