The Magic Council is the ruling body of the magic world, and the ones that enforces the Magic Laws.
Since the Omnic War, the Magic Council is trying to aid the counties in the Eco-Resource Crisis.
Overview[]
Has the ruling body of the magical world, the Council has utmost control of it before 2077. The Council controls the Magic Guilds scattered throughout the world, and overseeing them has the time progresses. The Council can also punish Mages for crimes they done, with the Dark Guilds also if they caught one. The Council has also forbidden the use of magic in assassination requests, and even banned all assassination requests from the Legal Guilds, with one of them becoming a Dark Guild, for not stop doing the requests involving assassinations. The Council has sometimes use power for formality, and show that if you break the law, you will be punished.
Guilds[]
The Magic Council also allows Magic Guilds to be formed in Albion and Fiore restrictly, as those two are the only ones under the Magic Council. When one wants to form a guild, they must hand in forms to the Council to be anaylised and signed. Once done, the one forming must at least have 5 members, with one Guild Master, and one Portal Master, and 3 S-Class Wizard or A-Class Wizard. Then the guild will be a Legal Magic Guild.
Guild Masters[]
The Guild Master are the wizards that controls the guild, and must be the one to organised documents sent by the Council, and also attain meetings. Most look up to the Guild Masters as among the strongest wizards, just under the Wizard Saints. However, some Guild Masters are actually Wizard Saints themselves. One notable Saint is Makarov of the Fairy Tail Guild during the Golden Age of Magic (around 12th-13th century).
Portal Masters[]
The Portal Masters is a type of magic within a Legal Magic Guild who is capable of using space-time magic to transport objects, and matter one place to aother at the speed of light, without occupying the space between the destinations. These wizards are among the highest in terms of Magic Power, has one requires god-like magic power to even transport a single human. As such, the Portal Masters are looked up upon the same as a Guild Master.
Wizard Saints[]
The Wizard Saints possess the same authority has the Headmaster of the Magic Council, and is the most respected Mages in the entire world.
