Liliensternus (SciiFii)

Liliensternus melvii (name meaning Hugo Lilienstern's Melvin's animal) is a species of basal Neotheropod dinosaur that originally lived approximately 210 million years ago during the latter part of the Triassic Period in what is now Germany and was once extinct, but has since been brought back by SciiFii and now lives in the Triassic Dinosaurs section of Cretaceous Park located at Sacramento, California. Liliensternus is a moderate-sized, bipedal, ground-dwelling carnivore, that can grow up to 5.15 m (16.9 ft) long. It is the best represented Triassic theropod from Europe and one of the largest known. It is usually a solitary animal and normally feeds on smaller animals and/or carrion when alone, but can hunt animals as big as elephants when hunting in packs, but only during times of hardship. The lifecycle of Liliensternus melvii is very similar to birds and crocodilians, laying about 3-7 eggs, the eggs hatch around 2-3 months after being laid, and the hatchlings are cared for by their parents until they are subadults, when they must fend for themselves.
