It was founded as Titranic Animation Studios from 1800 to 1830. It is marked as the first ever and oldest everything company in the United States. It is also believed to be the most richest company in the world.

It was formerly a production studio, but in 1802, the company changed its subject after LeapStore was founded.

Carmen Dile I (1791 - 1915) founded LeapFrog on January 1, 1800 and was the founder of the company.

History

In 1798, Carmen Dile I came up with an idea of Titranic A.S. and started designing what the headquarters of the company would look like on a blueprint.

On January 18, 1799, Carmen Dile I ordered workers to build the Titranic headquarters and construction started on January 20, 1799 and ended on December 30, 1799. The company debuted and opened its headquarters on January 1, 1800 in the United States, including worldwide.

The studio was located in the Arizonan territory until 1912. In 1872, they then moved to Pinal County, as it is its home today. In the early 1830s, Titranic was renamed to LeapFrog A.S.

They began to produced colorized animation in 1803 and media in 1859 when they figured out how to film in color. They also knew how to work with sound in 1898.

Massive conglomerate info

LeapFrog is a massive and too powerful conglomerate, so they could easily beat other companies. They can also acquire other companies for as how much money as they want. And with their own country, United Leaps of Leapians (ULOL)/UL), they don't have to listen to any other country's government and/or laws, own other countries, continents and states and much more.

There are two different types of LeapFrog.

LeapFrog Enterprises (the real variant)
Leap Inc. (this one)

How the fight had risen and fallen

The real variant of LeapFrog had made about 6 to 9 threat plans to Leap Inc. about taking them out of business and buying the entire company, which never was successful.

Their first plan was finalized in 1995, while Leap Inc. knew about this and stopped them from doing it. LeapFrog Enterprises stated in 1994 that "There can be only one LeapFrog. And the knockoff kind of LeapFrog isn't the best choice.". Leap Inc then started a company fight against LF Enterprises just a few years later after the statement was spoken.

In 2000, the fight had ceased and Carmen Dile III purchased LeapFrog Enterprises for 48 million USD.

Later in 2004, they made another threat plan, until Carmen Dile III had to take another 60 million USD away again from it. The final plan they wanted to create was in the year 2006. After almost all of their revenue decreased, LeapFrog Enterprises temporarily closed down for a few years to earn more revenue.

LeapFrog Enterprises then reopened in 2008 with 459.06 million USD in their hands.

Statewide plan

On April 18, 2020, Leap Inc. had made multiple plans for their headquarters to be statewide, meaning that all 50 states could possibly have the LeapFrog headquarters building.

They started off with a press conference, taking place on social media such as Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, discussing of why and how they will go statewide all around the United States. The press conference was actually a live stream and was viewed by almost 5 billion on Instagram and Facebook and 3.8 billion on YouTube.

On July 6, 2020, the headquarter buildings were successfully demolished, with the under construction buildings being Ramada Inn hotels.
