Land of the Sabre Tooth is a 2021 adventure family film produced by Digital Domain Studios and Allias Salmon Studios. It features hand-drawn animated ice age animals talking. The film stars the voices of Allias Salmon, Djimon Honsou, Jamie Chung, Cristina Vee, Joshua Rush, John Turturro, Seth Rogen, Ariana Grande, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Tori Kelly, Wanda Sykes and Jim Cummings. In this film, a young adult sabre tooth cat who befriends a female human and discovers the true meaning of friendship and family.
The film was theatrically released in the United States on July 17, 2021. It received positive reviews from critics and it was praised for its visual effects, music, animation and vocal performances (particularly Salmon, Grande, Honsou and Kelly).
