The TV Station was founded in 1973 as Télé Monte Nia, the station was independent, by 1977 the logo had changed to the TMC colours (Yellow Light Blue Gray) with Nia near the N.
By 1985 Rede Nia owned the station until 1995
In 1995 the station was owned by Gecchi Cori Group, then in 1999 by TAES Pagine Gialle
