Plot

A young Nikkia 'Nikki' Bell after Beatrix speaks with her, comes to her dead mother's side. Nikki then proceeds after calling 911 and her dad then comes to her neighbours Nancy and Dave Alden, remaining distant until the police arrive, passing near Beatrix as she slips past in the Pussy Wagon which then breaks down.

In present day 2018 Nikki after a series of school fights is picked up by the blind California Mountain Snake: Elle Driver and amputee Sofie Fatale. The two provide her with a series of assigned 'targets', the final being Beatrix Kiddo.

The targets all members of the Deadly Viper rival assassination squad The Devouring Tarantulas, who provided information unto the Deadly Vipers for the bride Beatrix's vengeance.

Nikki's first assignment set by Elle, is defecting Viper Ben 'Mamushi' Bowery who is hiding in the small village of Real de Catorce in Mexico. There she eliminates Mamushi's army the Acuna Boys, with the aid of Sofie's Crazy 88 members Nash & Yao, who are both also killed by Mamushi, before Nikki finishes Mamushi with the aid of Sofie, a ceremonial blade propelled at his head.

Nikki is shaken after witnessing Nash & Yao's deaths, disappointing Elle but moves on to her first two tarantula targets: Straight Horned Judy and Texas Brown Greene Lewis who are situated in Bologna, Italy.

The remaining Acuna, who have surfaced again, in the wake of leader Esteban Vihaio's passing serve the Bologna based warlords Straight Horned and Texas Brown. Straight intends to betray Texas, who in turn is infatuated with her, while the Acuna prepare to double cross Straight.

In a stolen police car chase Nikki succeeds in killing a majority of Acuna before coming face to face with Texas, who injures her.

At Straight's villa, the remaining Acuna make a strike on Straight and are killed in return. An injured Texas arrives and claims innocence, but is struck down unconscious by Straight before Nikki knocks her into a courtyard and initiates battle. Nikki kills Straight with a self-defence thrown tomahawk to Straight's neck, which spirals her into the courtyard fountain. A regaining consciousness Texas attacks and is apprehended by local authorities. At his cell Nikki visits him in prison and spares him from the final few Acuna boys who arrive to assassinate him. Nikki poisons him with provided cyanide and departs Italy.

On a re-routed touchdown at Doncaster Airport, Lithuania she is met by former romantic partner Riccardo.
