Timmy Turner returns with a mysterious vengeance against the Toon Force and new Justice League after he had not been heard from since the events of The Toon Wars and How to train your Hero. He plans to compete against the heroes in a global tournament held at the new JLA Watchtower with his own team at his disposal. Can the Toon Force bring Timmy back to the side of good or be killed in mortal combat? This is based on Frozarburst's fanfiction with the same name, and serves as the fifth installment of the Toon Wars series, with Jimmy as the focus in the story. This is also the first Toon Wars story to include Samurai Jack and the cast of Zootopia as side characters.

Plot

After a new Justice League was formed since the previous installment, Collapse of Time, Superman was one day given a message from Timmy Turner, who had been missing since the Toon Wars. Unusually, Timmy threatens Clark and says that he wants the Toon Force dead by holding a tournament where he and the heroes will compete in mortal combat. Superman tells The Toon Force about the ordeal, but Jimmy Neutron starts to worry, as he had been looking for Timmy for years since his disappearance. To learn more about his missing friend, Jimmy decides to get the help of his new friends to investigate during the tournament. When the event begins, the heroes discover that Timmy has brought his own team along with him consisting of Samurai Jack, Judy Hopps, Vexus, Shadow the Hedgehog, a Morphoid clone of Peridot, Yuki, and Bass from Mega Man Classic. However, a majority of them are unaware of Timmy's intentions of bringing them, and the tournament begins. Peridot defeats her morphoid clone, and a confused Yuki and Nicole train each other before quitting to help Jimmy investigate Timmy's absence. Next, Jenny beats Vexus and Zim looses against Judy due to him forgetting to put on paste to avoid water damage. Much later, Gumball and Shadow end their fight in a draw, Toothless wins against Spike, Danny and Bass get into another draw, while Spongebob suffers a heart attack during his match with Jack.

Throughout the course of the story, the Toon Force draws closer and closer to discovering why Timmy wants to kill them, and later find out that the reason for it is because they were never there for him when he needed them most. Such times were the time when the Morphoids attacked each of the heroes worlds, but unknown to them, the globs of doom had also invaded Timmy's world as well. Not only that, but during How to train your Hero, Dimsdale was attacked by Brainiac forces while the Hero League went off to help Berk defeat Android 118 before he could terraform the Earth, only to be killed by Toothless. After learning about Timmy's past, his team refused to fight against the Toon Force, and Jimmy and his team surrender to apologize to Timmy for their mistakes. However, Timmy does not accept it and attacks Jimmy during the last match. The heroes and Timmy's team try to stop Timmy from killing him and causing more damage, as he had been destroying buildings and massive machinery during the fight. But Jimmy manages to defeat him and Timmy surrenders, realizing that he put many people's lives in danger by fighting for the sake of revenge.

At the end of the story, Timmy is brought into custody and taken to Stryker's Island until he can recover from his life of crime, and hallucinations of new episodes of the Fairly Odd Parents without any memories of the Toon Wars. Jimmy on the other hand is saddened by it, and the Toon Force comes over to comfort him and says that whatever world/vision Timmy may be in, he's happy.

Gameplay

Unlike the game before it, this one has no upgrade system based on class. This one has the characters individually upgraded with their own unique abilities and weaponry, with the exception of DLC characters, as they are preloaded with their own states maxed out. The game features Easy, Medium, and Hard Modes, however, once the game is completed in medium mode, it will unlock an Extreme mode.

Characters range from short range to long range, and can use their skills to find an enemy's weakness. A similar setting in multiplayer mode allows the players to do the same thing, but some attacks do less damage depending on the difficulty setting of the game.
