In The Heights is a 1 hour crossover episode event for the two American crime dramas Heightsbridge Blue and October Blue . This is the twenty-second episode of October Blue. In the event, the detectives of October Blue and Heightsbridge Blue join forces to hunt down a secret cult accused of child molesting, kidnapping and abuse which will stop at nothing to destroy both police departments

Plot

October Blue

Detective Chris Hayes and Junior Detective Sam Rodriguez are in the middle of solving a case involving a robbery in a liquor store. When Sam gets a phone call from to Amanda reporting the system has gotten mysteriously hacked by an unknown source known as M. Michelle tries to locate M but finds no results. Chris Hayes heads back to the police department while Sam investigates the robbery. He finds out M leads to Maverick Davis , a cult leader from Heightsbridge. Maverick laters threatens them to back off and they get close to anybody he knows or loves, they will be killed. They contact the district attorney and decide to investigate him.

Heightsbridge Blue

Officer Sadie Walsh investigates the kidnapping of Angela Jansen , a 9 year old girl which leads her to a dangerous cult. She contacts Hunter Samuels to tell of her findings. Out of nowhere a mysterious guy takes her and leaves her in an abandoned warehouse.After two days , Imogen Dunne gets worried and sets out to find Sadie. After she finds Sadie , she tries to track down the man with help of John Sweeney. They are lead to a cult named The Men of Anarchy. Hunter Samuels receives a call from New York about a cult from Heightsbridge hacking into their system
