Gadget: Here he is. This is a Monster of the Prison number 111. He's name is Turtlecon.
Lucky: Turtlecon? It bit like a tortoises. What is does?
Gadget: The worst nightmare you can get. (Flashback begins) He zapped all the people and sent them to ultra dimension.
Lucky: That the place we been.
Gadget: Correction. He also created the evil copies of any humans or animals. And he can beat all the people and destroy them. And he had a special device on left top of his shell to make them of of it. Ruthless! (Flashback ends)
Pongo: That's nasty and horrible!
Perdita: Turtlecon, you're under arrest for zapping us in dimension....
Pongo: Spoiled out day....
Lucky: And what you did for my friends.
Turtlecon: You can't arrest me, because the only place I’m going, is up!
(Turtlecon rips off his DNA Patch. Monster DNA is exposed to the air, expanding rapidly. Turtlecon grows gigantic.)
Gadget: You better start with Ro-dog, Lucky. Turtlecon was powerful.
Lucky: Okay, Gadget.
Turtlecon: Duplicator, activate!
