Henry and Mudge is a 2007 American family adventure live-action film directed by Lawrence Guterman and music by John Debney, was made by Regency Enterprises and Sunswept Entertainment and was distributed by 20th Century Fox and was released on January 12, 2007.

Plot[]

In Tannersvile, Pennsylvania, a female light creamy tan Golden Retriever named Daisy has six unnamed little puppies which are a Shar-Pei puppy, a Dalmatian puppy, a Jack Russell Terrier puppy, a Dachshund puppy, a Silky Terrier puppy, and a smallest English Mastiff puppy, which is the runt of the litter when they were playing roughly and cheerful a lot inside an abandoned warehouse. And to make matters worse, two mean and angry dogcatchers named Quincy (Tim Allen) and Alex (Joshua Leonard) came in and started to put Daisy's five unnamed little puppies into a kennel which they are going to the pound with Daisy, except the smallest English Mastiff puppy and locked and shut the door with a loud bang. The smallest English Mastiff puppy ran into the locked door, and there was nowhere to be found. And to make matters worse, the smallest English Mastiff puppy started howling sadly because Daisy and her unnamed little puppies were gone for a reason. Meanwhile, inside the blue house, lived a young boy named Henry (Alexander Gould) who lived with his mother and father and has no brothers and sisters. Henry was watching a Lady and the Tramp Scene which are the songs What Is a Baby? and La La Lu on the TV screen. Henry asks his mother (Elizabeth Perkins) if he wants a brother. But unfortunately, his mother says no. Then, Henry asks his father (John Cleese) if he wants to live on a different street. But his father says no. Henry asks his mother and father if he wants a baby girl. Then his mother says no. Henry started crying sadly because he was so sad and his mother comforts him to make him feel better. Just then, they hear a school bus horn honk outside. That means it's time for Henry to go to School. So, he hugged and kissed his mother goodbye and off to school he went. Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins plays throughout as the opening credits appear while Henry was going to school in a school bus. After the song ends, Henry enters the school building and goes into the classroom where his teacher Mrs. Watkins (Mindy Cohn) was teaching the children some activities. Henry makes some new friends, especially Mrs. Watkins and asks his teacher to have art time such as drawing pictures. In art time, Henry draws a picture of a paw print with his classmates until lunch. Meanwhile, his mother is at home talking to his father about their son Henry, who was about to get a dog tomorrow. In another house, lived a human owner named Antonio (Will Arnett) who owns lots of animals such as a Chihuahua named Sprinkles, a raccoon named Snippy, a Tufted Capuchin monkey named Sheldon, an alpaca named Pookie, a Scarlet Macaw named Cosimo, a Ball Python named Claudia, a grey Syrian hamster named Peetie, an American beaver named Dipper, a quokka named Rocky, a meerkat named Lenny, a Siamese cat named Georgette, a European mole named Salami, a Harlequin duck named Filix, a Brazilian Tapir named Dolores, and a bighorn sheep named Donward. Antonio talks to Henry if he might come over to his house and meet his animals, Henry then answered yes and he came into Antonio's house to see his animals. Then Henry says yes
