A member of the Maxivengers, Hammersaur is the Norsegardian god of thunder and son of Wolffather and Eaglemother, brother of Mischiefmaker and Doomgoddess. He was banished to Cybertron, one of the Nine Planets, because of arrogance against all of Norsegard. He is protector of Norsegard and defender of Cybertron in one. He first appeared in comics in Path Into Mystery #83 (August 1962).
