Halloween 3-D is a 2012 American 3D Slasher Horror film written by Patrick Lussier & Joel Soisson, directed by Patrick Lussier starring Scout Taylor-Compton, Tyler Mane, Taron Egerton, Brie Larson, Logan Browning, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Brad Dourif and Kelly Marie Tran.

The film is a sequel to Rob Zombie's 2007 Halloween and it's 2009 following instalment Halloween II. It features Compton's character of Laurie Strode surviving again the Mane portrayed hulking Michael Myers, who targets her death at any cost escaping his lethal injection execution at a maximum security prison, taking aim at Laurie and her Rasden University friends as well as the secret task force monitoring her in hope of getting to Michael.

A box office success like Zombie's first Halloween, the film was also met with negative to mixed reception, praise for like Lussier's previous 2009 slasher remake My Bloody Valentine utilising fun 3D techniques. Like the Tommy Lee Wallace 1982 original cut of Halloween III: Season of the Witch and Joe Chappelle's originally panned 1995 Halloween: The Curse Of Michael Myers would garner a cult following.

It stands as the last Halloween sequel prior to Danny McBride and David Gordon Green's direct 2018 Halloween sequel, and before the Horrorverse recalibration Halloween Night.

Released theatrically on October 23rd, 2012 theatrically with advance test screenings taking place on October 20th, 2012.

Shooting took place primarily in the Florida setting of Ocala.

Gina leaves to find her brother Jye and discovers his and the rest of the bodies at the Deta Phi house. Michael drowns Gina as she prepares to escape the basement.
