"Groove" is a song by American actress and singer Sofia Carson and American singer Meghan Trainor. The song was written by Carson and Trainor, alongside the song's sole producer Andrew Wells.The track was released for streaming and digital download on January 10, 2020 by Capitol Records, along with "Nothing Like This" and "Wouldn't Blame Ya". The song is included on the deluxe edition of Trainor's third studio album, Treat Myself, and is considered to be the album's third official single.

The song was a moderate commercial success, charting on various international charts. On the US Billboard Hot 100, the song debuted and peaked at number 79 and became Trainor's first Hot 100 entry since her 2018 single, "No Excuses". The song peaked at number 15 on the US Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart, being serviced strictly to that format.
