The film takes place in the alternate dystopian universe in which a powerful government goes to extreme measures to ensure "a golden age of order" causing humanity to be separated into two groups: The richest live in a futuristic Earth classified as Earth Ultra but is ruled under very strict laws while the rest of humanity live in a cruel and harsh existence in Earth's surface dubbed and were treated as second class citizens. where a group of teenagers struggles to live in a corrupted society with new challenges arise in the horizon.
