Plot[]
When Charlie Wycliffe's high rise building is captured by terrorists and he is taken hostage, ex-CIA hardman John Weston reluctantly teams up with Wycliffe's daughter, Amy, to rescue the billionaire and protect over one-million dollars in cash from falling into the hands of Luther and his criminal gang.

The film received mixed reviews upon its releae; critics praised the action and Tony Todd's perfomance as the villain Luther but criticism was aimed at Kristen Stewart's acting, long, dragging dialogue and the small amount of screen time given to Kelsey Grammer. Moviegoers also complained about the film's length; clocking it in at just over three hours.
