GBS (General Broadcasting Service) is a TV network in Aurora. It is owned by Mulholland-GBS Television Networks, itself a subsidiary of The Michael Mulholland Company. It is known as the “Triangle Network” due to its triangle logo. It was created in 1928 as UBC-2, a secondary radio network of UBC. In 1942, after United Broadcasting Company was sued under antitrust laws, it was spun off as GBS, which launched its TV network in 1947.
