Frozen To Death is the fourth album from American thrash metal Chemical Asphyxiation; released on April 31st 1989 via K.I.L.L Records. It is the first album without Nick Martinez on guitars and Rob Crete on bass; who left in 1987 and were replaced by Frank Mitchell and Shaun West. Mitchell subsequently left before 1991's Evolution of Violence. The song "Hail The Destroyer" saw a sequel on 2010's Armed To The Teeth; nearly twenty years later. It is preceded by 1987's Chemical Warfare and followed by 1991's Evolution of Violence.

Album artwork

The album artwork features Chuck Griffith reaching out for the viewer while frozen in a slab of ice, in what appears to be a military hangar. The artwork was once again produced by John LeMar.
